Dial Telecoms was established in 1991 to import Telecommunications Equipment. In 1994 it was one of the first companies to bring discounted international call systems to the South African market. It is one of the innovators in Least Cost Routing Cell Phone Technology as well as enhanced automated International Call Systems. It is now one of the largest telecommunications companies in South Africa supplying major corporations and institutions. We employ our own technical department and installation teams to ensure the quality of our installations and our maintenance service.

We investigate your present situation and needs and help you achieve the maximum benefits possible from what the latest technology has to offer. We know we can only maintain our customer base by becoming a participant in each of the organizations we service.

Dial Telecoms is an integral part of the liberalization of the Telecommunications environment, which has recently taken place world-wide, and which is now happening in South Africa. We have been able to keep in the forefront of technology because of our innovative approach and our freedom from established ties. We were one of the pioneers of Least Cost Routing of International and Cellular calls in South Africa. We are founder members of the Call-back Association and Cell Router Dealers Associations of South Africa. We have recently employed additional highly qualified staff and trained existing staff for VoIP.

We are one of the biggest telecommunications companies on the periphery of the present Telkom monopoly. We aim to maintain our position as one of the leaders in the deregulated industry.

Employment Equity
Dial Telecoms is fully compliant with the Government's Employment Equity guidelines. We employ more Black, Colured and Indian than White staff, including in management positions. We are one of the founders of COPASA, the Commercial payphone association of South Africa.

Social Responsibility

We believe in sharing our good fortune with the needy. We have given a percentage of our profits to organisations helping to alleviate the suffering caused by AIDS directly to victims of the disease as well as to their children who through no fault of their own share in the misery caused by this dreaded plague that is blighting our country. This help comes indirectly from our customers, as it is through their support that we are able to help. We invite other companies to follow our lead.
