• SpiderCell provides the client with the ability to limit usage based on either miutes used or cash cost of the calls. When the assigned value is depleted, SpiderCell will prevent will prevent calls from being made.

System Management:

• The scheduler offers cost or no cost (i.e. network charge) reporting system for statistics, ‘i am here’ and ‘i am idle’ status conditions. Intelligent ‘i am idle’ reporting alerts operations staff when a unit is idle during predefined working hours and ignores public holidays and after hours.All data pertaining to SpiderCell is stored and managed using database techniques.
