How to achieve savings on calls to cell-phones Save an average 35-45% on calls to cell-phones through your PABX. Our Cell Routers together with your PABX's Least Cost Routing will route your calls to cell-phones through Vodacom, MTN and Cell C at the lowest per-second rates. Full call detail shows savings for each call. The savings differs with the duration of each call but average 35 - 45%. You receive itemised billing showing the full details of every call and the savings you are making. This shows you call-by-call that you are making the savings you were promised. Monthly Savings Reports Each month you receive a Savings Report which shows the total you have saved for the last billing period, the total each month for up to 12 preceding months and the accumulated total. Each month you are able to see the amount you have saved your company by using us. One-page contract with no onerous clauses. Our contract is one page with no "small print" on the back. Your only commitment is to pay us the lowest Network per-second rates for Network-to-Network calls. There are no minimums. We do ask for a 24 month commitment, but if you are not 100% satisfied you may cancel within the first 3 months. If there are no savings you may cancel at any time. How are savings achieved? Calls to Cell Phones cost less when you call Network-to-Network at the best per-second rates than through Telkom. Not only are the rates lower than Telkom, but the Networks per-second billing compared to Telkom's first-minute minimum, followed by half minute intervals, increases the savings you make. How does it work? Our Cell Routers together with your PABX's Least Cost Routing programming automatically route all your calls to cell-phones through Vodacom, MTN and Cell C at the lowest per-second rates. What equipment do you use, and how much does it cost? We supply, install and maintain the best available Cell Router equipment free of charge. We also pay for modifications to your PABX where necessary. This offer is subject to our discretion according to the suitability of your PABX and your monthly cost of calls to cell-phones. Some companies charge a monthly lease for equipment or maintenance fees adding up to thousands of Rands over long periods. Guaranteed savings We supply monthly Savings Reports showing your exact savings for every call, and the totals. We also show your accumulated savings for the preceding months. Technical Maintenance We monitor the usage on each router through daily fault reports and are proactive in responding to faults. We have a team of highly qualified technicians with extensive experience in PABX as well as cell-routers. At any time that you experience a problem we will send a technician out, at no cost, within 24 hrs. We monitor your Telkom overflow and will add on units if required at no cost. All Networks We provide Vodacom, MTN and Cell C SIM cards. We install a combination of these to give you the maximum savings. We do bandwidth tests and if necessary liaise with the Networks to ensure that you have the necessary signal capacity to allow for the trouble-free operation of your cell-routers. Detailed billing reports We provide your call-detail by email or on disc so that you can check it against your call-management system. You can also receive printed call-detail if you prefer. Equipment supplied Free We supply, install and maintain the cell-routers you need absolutely free. We use the latest digital equipment that cuts connect and disconnect time, prevents PABX lock-ups and has all the features you will need.
