Dial Telecoms VoIP Press Release 20 February 2005 Dial Telecoms has launched a high quality, low risk VoIP communications solution for business organizations. The solution uses Quintum VoIP technology and Verizon-MCI's IP Network. Companies can potentially realize substantial cost savings by implementing VoIP.
